How to cook NAGANO SOBA

Boiling time:3 minutes
- Put 100g Soba noodles into 300ml boiled water and heat for 3 minutes in a microwave (or boil in a pan for 3 minutes)
- Drain the soba noodles and cool them under running water, put them in a bowl.
- Add your favorite seasonings and enjoy eating.
- You can enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce (for cold noodles) or soup (for hot).
How to cook dried Soba
A standard method
- Fill a large pot with water and bring the water to a boil. The key is to make the water as large as possible
- When the water comes to a boil, add soba noodles and adjust the heat to a level that will not cause them to spill over, so that the soba noodles are constantly moving in the water.
- 30 seconds before boiling time, take out one or two pieces and check the condition of the water by checking the hardness level, and the hardness level is to your liking.
- Immediately after boiling, drain in a colander and rinse quickly in large quantities of cold water to remove any sliminess.
- For zaru soba, drain the water and place in a bowl. For kakesoba (buckwheat noodles in hot broth), soak the buckwheat once rinsed in hot water, drain again, place in a bowl, and pour hot soup over the buckwheat.
