We should leave our workplace and spend time away from the daily life and get together to practice Zazen with your friends by sharing our experiences with each other. With our friends we can continue Zazen since it is difficult to practice alone. Sitting and breathing in Zazen practice, we can live in good shape. Through Zazen we attain our ideal state.
●How to practice Zazen and the effect.
Zazen is not a hard exercise but an easy one to start doing. We can do Zazen by just crossing our legs as the way we can manage to bend. We can do Zazen laying our bodies even when we are sick in bed.
